To cancel your policy, call us on 0800 22 22 23 or email us ask@pinnaclelife.co.nz. We’ll explain what cancellation means for you, confirm your details, and outline the next steps.
If you have a security question, we’ll send you an email - you’ll just need to reply with the correct answer to confirm cancellation.
If you don’t have a security question or have a joint policy, all policy owners must sign a cancellation request. This can be done via e-signature (using a recognised digital signature platform) or by signing a written request. Contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once your cancellation is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your policy will remain active until the cancellation is finalised.
Once your policy is Cancelled, your cover will end, and you won't be able to reinstate it. If you decide to get cover again in the future, you'll need to apply for a new policy with an updated health assessment and different premiums.
